I (kinda) predicted Mikaela Reid :p
So 2 weeks before the PTB I published a chapter concept called Strings of Life, with the Killer taking inspiration from VHS's Dollmaker. The Survivor however, I wanted to do a Boon Totem focused Survivor because we all knew they were coming for 21.5. I was surprised however when I found out how close my guess was!
Marissa Rogers --> Mikaela Reid. They both even sound like basic white girls :p
Both spiritual- Mikaela gives me WitchTok vibes, Marissa is supposed to be a spiritual healing/alternative medicine themed Survivor.
2 Boon Perks and 1 Totem Perk: Might be obvious, but I think it's pretty dead on. Additionally, they both have a stealth Boon (Mikaela has Shadow Step, Marissa's Calm Mind can hide noise notifications and quiet breathing and injured sounds).
Entity History: Mikaela was harrased by the Entity before she was taken. I wrote Marissa as another one of the Pariahs (the group that Felix and Elodie belonged to), so her parents got taken by the Entity too.

Just you connecting your concept to felix and elodie makes her a better character than what we got lmao Mikaela is so basic

IDK, if that was intentional then it was well done. Maybe she's like a Dolores Umbridge or Joffrey Lannister type character- the kind you love to hate lol

Eh, it seems like her unique factor is just being "relatable quirky xd" but because of that, it makes her less unique because there are other survivors that are that but also have good writing. I guess she is a witch though, but with her character right now, that isn't even a huge impact, you could have also just have taken nea and gave her a quirky witch hat and it wouldve been the same imo
