Should there be a larger game mode with multiple killers and more survivors?

Just throwing it out there.

I dont think there should be such a thing at the moment. Maybe in the distant future, but for now, they have plenty of work to do ballancing the current game mode.

The next reason is that it would require a much larger commuity. You would need double the ammount of people for only this mode alone so imagine what this would do to queue times and ballanced lobbies.

Idk maybe it would be fun to just play my favorite killer against a couple players and twelve bots lol. After joking a DBD discord chat the idea seemed fun. Lots of chasing. Easy kills with the boys but the survivors get to heal, save bots from hooks, and get decent points for objectives. A game where it's difficult to lose just seems to be what I mentioned. Maybe the idea of alot of survivors trying to survive two or three killers. Kinda like Alien vs Predator but it's horror. For some reason that idea really speaks to me.

Can't wait for the part where one killer camps hook and the other(s) chase! What a great idea!

  • No. It'd take away from the core experience that we have now, i don't want that.

Doubt the older consoles and many a lower- to mid-end PC could handle running anything like this. While developing Nemmy they tried a third zom zom as an add-on, and it tanked game performance badly. Now I assume they use badass PCs internally for testing, and they couldn't hack it.

This or any similar game mode will likely have to wait for DBD2 and/or a freash brand new smattering of coding.

2 vs 6 survivors would be nice, in my opinion.
