Can someone explain why Legion cannot see scratch marks in Feral Frenzy? I know it was a way to fix old Legion back in the day before Deep Wounds was reworked. But now? I dont understand why he cannot see Scratch Marks while using his power.

    Don't know. Same reason for why he loses power when he uses basic attack probably. Partially outdated design.
