Uncleansable Totem on Léry's Memorial Institute

Description of issue: Uncleansable totem spot (as shown in screenshot) on the outer edge of the map adjacent to the room that connects to the exit gate. Was completely unreachable by any player in the match.
Additional Information: Most additional information can be found in the attatched screenshot.
Frequency: Unknown specifically as this is the first time I have encountered this totem spot, but it is assumed that each time this totem spawns in this configuration, it is uncleansable.
