Monstrous Shrine. I saw this thread hours ago and was having trouble remembering the name, that's how forgettable it is.

Oh mandy! That's a tome challenge! How could you forget!
As for the OP. Sole survivor.... I cant even remember its effects

Wait a minute? Your not a mod anymore your a Member of BHVR now?
0 -
believe me my memory sucks so badly! If I don't write things down I can't remember things.

I've actually been a member of BHVR for quite some time, but received a promotion very recently :)
1 -
Congrats to that 💙

Do that and I'll withhold the animals >:(

not a single person mentioned Beast of Prey yet... I think that says enough.
edit: nvm one person did, I stand corrected. still an awful perk
0 -
Mandy did tho, or did you forget already?

I missed it in all the clutter

Technician
Hex : Retribution

It’s useless.

Although it's the only 1 of the 4 anti item perks that won't get you screamed at in the end game chat because franklin's hoarder and lightborn are looked at as toxic. people will just feel bad for you if your running overwhelming presence unless on the master of big terror radius's himself then people might be angry (of course why would you run it on anyone other the him).

in ash and bronze rank every killer i see bring unrelenting for some reason idk why
0 -
im guessing because it sounds cool and useful on paper
0 -
sole survivor and predator are the two worst perks in the game for both survivor and killer because of how useless they are
whoa the killer can't see me with aura perks from 56 meters away because my entire teams dead :O
whoa scratch marks are closer together, that will come in handy for the one default Dwight who run's into basement

Unrelenting, Territorial Imperative, Predator, Blood Hound

Quentin main here. People forget about all of his perks (poor guy). Wake up is situational value but can be super good, especially if you're in a hatch closed situation and you need to get a gate before the killer comes. People dislike it because it's situational but ds and unbreakable are situational since you don't know if the killer will slug/tunnel.
Pharmacy is definitely his weakest perk, but a blessing when you have to do the chest search challenges for the tome. 80% chest search speed is luxurious when you need to search several chests.
His best perk is vigil of course, a perk I'm excited to have buffed and one that will definitely be used often 😎

Survivor: Buckle-Up
Killer: Monstrous Shrine

I'm gonna throw in Pyramid Head's other perk, Forced Penance, as a pretty forgettable perk. Taking protection hits happen all the time at higher levels, but it's so rarely worth using as a perk because of how fast the gens fly at those same levels.

Premonition or Up the Ante for survivor.
Gearhead and Dead Man’s Switch for killer.

I don't think I can answer single one. If I mention some perks, still it is like "Oh, I forgot this trash perk, too.".😓

Overwhelming Presence
0 -
i run mad grit agitation and iron grasp with this perk so it's not so bad
0 -
i also use wake up with my survivor end game build which consists of adrenalin wake up no one left behind and hope.

it's great for basement bubba

Overwhelming presence, Monstrous shrine, and Deja Vu.

use babysitter with an unhooking build
borrowed time, desperate mesures, babysitter, we'll make it

Deerstalker

Up the Ante, I always forget it, it is easily one of the most useless perks

I actually love running DeathBound. Especially when paired with lvl3 Nurse's Calling. You are basically always aware of the progress of health:
--at close range, because of the aura, you can stop the heal before it finishes.
--at long range, you are alerted to where 2+ survivors hid away to heal, as well as encouraging them to stay together or else they're oblivious.
Wins all around for the Killer simply by injuring the survivors.

People really dislike Blood Pact? Maybe I'm biased as a medic-build main, but I absolutely LOVE Blood Pact.

Monstrous Shrine. Despite it being so wellknown for being crap, I actually forgot about it for a few months till the Scourge hooks came in, where ppl suggested a buff with MS being a scourge.
Seriously, imagine having a reduced chance to escape the hook (bigger than the base chance to escape) and still have a survivor kobe. Thats how bad this perks is
0 -
I can't think of any.

What's the wraith perk that makes scratch marks spawn closer together? Predator?
EDIT: I think Monstrous Shrine isn't really a forgettable perk because it is memorable for how bad it is. A truly forgettable perk is bad, but not bad enough that it makes you physically recoil at the mention of it, because then you remember it.
So for the survivor side, I nominate Better Together.

Forgettable being not good, not horrible and not memeable?
This Is Not Happening, Wake Up!, Dance With Me, Breakdown, Calm Spirit, Poised, Buckle Up and Fast Track.
Overwhelming Presence. (I'm a Killer main who loves variety, but I struggle to find a situation where I'd ever take this perk over something like Hoarder or Franklin's).

I'd say Dance With Me is pretty memorable! As is Fast Track, which is somewhat memeable.

Lightweight

The other day I was playing with a friend who ended up being the obsession and we learned someone else had blood pact too.
It was crazy because I never see it

It still baffles me how they didn’t add reduced footstep noise to Lightweight.
