For hard of hearing players should there be more diverse volume options?

Lots of people around the world have some form of hearing impairment. In my case, it's auditory processing disorder which is actually an issue with how the brain processes sounds. The more background noise, the more difficult it is for me to zero in on sounds I want to hear or to interpret those sounds correctly, including what direction it came from. I'm sure you can imagine how this effects my gameplay for this kind of game, as well as other hard of hearing people. It's just a statement of fact.

Therefore, this poll is to assess how many other players have some form of hearing impairment, and what kind of volume options might help you.

It's stupid how loud the chase music is. I wish I could turn off that.
