Is 'Sore Ankles' Challenge bugged?
I equipped 'Balanced Landing' and currently I'm at 2/4. It's strange because it doesn't feel consistent when I fall and my BL procs.
I did it on the hill against deathslinger, I hear the chase music, he's after me, I fall off the small hill in Macmillan and my BL procs, but apparently it didn't count toward progress. In my past games, I remember that it did count when I dropped off the hill.
Yesterday, I had a match against trickster in Gideon and while in chase, I fell down the stairs, my BL proc'd. I did this twice in 2 different chases in the same match, but only got progress for 1.
Just had a match against hag in cornfield, in chase, ran ontop of the tractor, vaulted over to the bales of hay, dropped down, BL proc'd. Again, did this twice in 2 separate chases in the same match but only got progress for 1.

Timing of getting in/out of chase can be one thing to screw it up. If you fall before game thinks you're in chase or you get too far away from killer and at same time as fall it thinks you're out of chase it won't count.
I play Haddonfield when I need to get the fall from great heights challenges done. I know killers hate it but it's the best map for that challenge because guaranteed great height every time I jump from second floor window or balcony. Also easier to stay in chase with killer in a house, especially with the distance killers.

Run haddenfield and drop from roof without balanced landing.
Then cry.
