Add a Surrender option

Would be nice to add a surrender option to the survivors when one of them surrender

    Hm. They kinda already have the option - run to the killer, let yourself get hooked and then jump/don’t struggle. Would be nice to get the option to surrender if you got slugged for a long time instead of waiting for the bleed out

    the Killer on the other hand could need something like this. Once all gens are done the killer can trigger EGC by opening the Gate but would be nice to have it as an option before. Maybe prevent triggering end game perks if the killers chooses this before all gens are done (NoED, Ranchor, Bloodwarden…)

    On the condition that all Survivors are downed/hooked, then yes. I'm sick of being bled out by Killers with too much time on their hands.
