If a WB or DC license was acquired, what supervillain would you play as, if it were a Killer outfit?

I know, it's not a horror license, but there are both some awesome and scary supervillains. I would recommend that they'd be ultra rare sets. You could mix and match some if you want. Manga is outselling DC and Marvel, but there are still some interesting supervillains.
