Your Favourite Sound Effect
As title suggests, what's you favourite sound effect in DBD? Be it an ability sound, a perk prompt or a survivors scream. For me I'm honestly tied either between the Pigs stun squeak or hearing Pyramid Heads ranged attack from a distance.

I have a few favorite sounds. I’ll put my top 3:
#3 - The bell toll when Chain Hunt starts
#2 - The warning sound Survivors hear when Victor is released, and the subtle whoosh that follows
#1 - Jill’s screams upon being downed

The death screams of the survivors as they are being brutally murdered by my hand. Their beautiful yet heart-wrenching screams as I crush them with oni's magnificent weapon, followed by silence... As I turn to my next victim.

Freddy's laugh is the best.
Additionally, maps like Groaning Storehouse, Wretched Shop, Fractured Cowshed, and Rancid Abattoir had some specific sound effects when you were inside of their main building. Combined with the old visuals, they took the atmosphere to a whole new level.
Also, how can I forget those sweet screams on Léry's?

Same as top post. Survivors stepping in your traps as Trapper is still so satisfying.

I've never thought about my favourite sound but the first thing that came to mind was the Deathslinger reloading. Always loved that sound. Don't even play him, just enjoy hearing it when I watch streamers play him. The reload is also satisfying to watch too.

The noise that Trickster's bat makes after hitting a survivor, similar to a light saber.
A close second is the audio noise that happens when Victor releases from Charlotte.

Trickster hitting 6 knives in a row is just supersatisfying to listen to.

As far as I'm aware it's "I'm going to find you" hummed in English to be even more of a [BAD WORD] to the survivors he's abusing--I swear it's mentioned somewhere, I just have to find it.
Also, I agree with the fine snap and scream of a trapped survivor; it gives me real "Ah, your leg, it's caught in a bear trap!" vibes and I love it.

Plague collecting corrupt purge is like music to my ears

Jake's one scream that goes like "AAAAAAAAA-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA".
Makes me laugh every time I hear it.

The sound of a Reverse Bear Trap timer flatlining, followed by the sound of said Trap snapping. Close second goes to any sound the Clown makes.

*Horrible sloughing sounds invocitive of swallowing a horrendous amount of phlegm*

*Sloshing sounds that are much more vigorous than how hard he's turning the bottles*

Nemesis' fist hitting stuff. Strangely it's the only "weapon" that doesn't change sound based on the surface hit, but it has a very satisfying low-end and a crisp tail, you really feel like you're punching a brick wall.

I personally like the sound he makes when falling from heights more--or rather, the sound he makes landing from them. It's disturbingly satisfying. Actually, do other killers of similar size make likewise noises?

Clown's laugh. Close second would Bill's screams when he gets downed. I find it very funny when you're doing a gen and just suddenly hear "AUGH!" from across the map.

Man there are so many.
Demo noises. Like, all of them. The stomping, the screaming, the pallet whine, digging in portals. he's so good.
Cenobite. Lament box spawn. Pallet break. Chains wooshing around and impaling people. Chatterer chattering. Pinhead's missing voice lines. :/
Trapper leather sounds.
Pig pallet squeek.
Nemesis scream.
Plague whispers.
Pyramid Head dragging his sword and breathing.
DbD has great sound design.

Nothing beats hooking Steve. I once accidentally hit him with my hammer and it canceled the scream... I will never forget that mistake.
