Day 2 of asking Bhvr to acknowledge its blatant cheater issues
People have paid for your game, People pay for the cosmetics, and people pay for the new chapters, they should be able to play the game with the security that 99% of matches are FAIR matches.
Of all the Recent posts regarding the Staggering amount of cheaters being encountered lately, I have not seen ONE where a Developer has acknowledged the issue.
Your players have a RIGHT to a game that is managed properly while you are still taking their money.

About half a year ago I encountered a cheater. Instant heals, infinite flashlight, speed hacks, everything. So I report him afterwards through BHVR support and submit a ticket, with all of the info they require.
Have not heard a single thing from them at all since then. Not even a confirmation email which is just plain stupid.

I think it might be better if you post these in the feedback section, since the devs actually read those posts, unlike in general.

They dont really tell you what the outcome is, which is unfortunate...
I typically monitor the cheaters I report and the only ones that do get any type of bans are blatant hackers that you have video evidence of...
I dont even usually mind hackers that much as long as they let me 1 hook everyone for BBQ stacks. But when a headon stun lasts for 4 minutes I draw the line.

I don't know about all that but have you seen the amazing cosmetics in store that will totally make you forget about cheaters and bugs!?!

Ironic that the Devs who put MMR into a non-competitive game to 'make matches more fair' will allow an epidemic of cheaters to ruin the game.

Day one was me complaining about how I encountered a cheater yesterday, who I also encountered 4 days ago, submitted an in game report about, then submitted additional report information to the support staff, and then was Assured by a support staff member that they would be dealt with appropriately.
Said cheater was under the same account, so Yeah I think Its only right to cause a fuss about Bhvr not doing their jobs and ensuring everyone has a fair match yet are still accepting money from their player base.
