Could you at least acknowledge the cheater problem?

Like I get this is not something that gets fixed in 10 minutes or whatever but could you at the very least confirm that you are aware of this issue and are currently working towards a solution? Because it is really demotivating to even log in to DBD or even consider playing it when there's a solid chance of running into a script kiddie.

    Hey, the solution is already there: you just do the chore of recording the game with your own means, since the game made in 2016 doesn't have a demo-recording feature of 1993 Doom, then you file a report in the game (required!), and then you waste 30 more minutes on filing the report with self-recorded video evidence on their official website! And then MAYBE your report will be viewed by the devs which MAYBE will issue a ban that cheaters can lift in the matter of hours (some infamous cheaters have been banned more than 40 times already and are still not retired). There you go, the cheater problem is solved!

    No wonder the cheater I reported didn't have an added, yes added, ban count on their profile. It's such a joke.
