Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Boons vs. Cleansing

Honest question. Do you think this will cause friction between players who still want to cleanse totems for things like inner strength / points?

I really enjoy cleansing totems, so if I'm not running a boon perk myself, I am really worried I'm going to get a lot of hate for cleansing. This is why I'm not really looking forward to boons coming out.

Not entirely sure on this one.

I think it will only be for solo survivors (as if they needed one more thing to worry about) since they can't coordinate around totems very well.

I cant see it being a problem. You probs will cleanse a totem anyway before you see a totem is booned. If a totem is booned you'd obvi be better leaving that one.

CoH will probs give more heals than I.S. but I.S. would be better for fast heals in a pinch - esp if you cant cross the map to the boons radius.

Then again... I could be wrong...

Tbh when boon are out i cant see any reason for the killer to bring hex perk so why would you cleanse totem

  • Yes. Nancy and Jill are the totem destroyers and everyone else will become the totem defenders. Unless one of them has a fear for Noed
