So what's gonna happen? The devs contradict themselves there.

    It will still down survivors when they free themselves, and still get injured when disarming with Bloody Coil.

    It won't HURT the survivor.
    Cause Honing Stone doesn't inflict damage if they decide to free thyself they will get downed. (should)
    If someone untraps them they shall not take dmg
