PC - Can't interact with anything

Step 1 : Play as survivor (Kate Denson)
Step 2 : Tried to unhook another player (Feng Min)
Step 3 : My character grabs Feng Min
Step 4 : Feng Min dissappears and I can't control my character
Step 5 : After the killer hooks another survivor, I realise there are five of us.
Perks Played : Dance with me, Windows of Opportunity and Boll Over.
Map Played : Red Forest.
Frequency : This is the fifth time it happens. I was using different characters each time.
I could only disconnect from the game.
