I agree. A witch for Halloween, what`s not to like?
Sure design choices come down to personal preference but I think they made a good one here. Her perks are also an interesting addion, maybe overtuned but still and she can be bought with shards. The last point is quit important as it allows more player to enjoy her.

I like her to ! Her cosmetics looks cool, I think il be playing her more then my others once I get some perks on her! I’m running a random build atm as I don’t have much but it’s refreshing to have other perks to use then the usual stuff, I just hope they don’t nerf her to the ground while she’s off for “fixing”

Judging by her looks and possibly her personality, she probably picked it up at Goodwill
(nothing wrong with that though, Goodwill has some good deals and you're supporting "clothing recycling" 😏)
