Should discount on blighted skins apply if i'm only missing one piece of the set?

Hey,

Just curious if this is a bug or a intended. In some killers i'm missing the blighted weapon and the discount is not being applied on the store, meanwhile its seems like killers in wich i have two pieces of the set missing, the discount is applying correctly.

yeah 1 piece costs 400 when whole set is 300
