Half the roster was clowns before this update...So not sure what your getting at. NOW Trapper is less of a clown, Plague (Who wasn't weak) is better, Spirit still very good, Pig got overall better add-ons, Slinger they butt ######### the ######### out of though.

Oh and they gave us some good perk changes. I have been running Undying, Blood favor since it's buff. Let's just say survivors make sure they go and find it....Causing slowdown.

I'll admit I had a rough time with one boon but it was well hidden on RPD effecting 3 floors.....Outside of that has made little difference.

The only ones that should apologize are the higher ups from BHVR that decided to get DbD involved in NFT and then decided to make a comment stating (indirectly) how they were not involved.

Killers shoulld grow up. U guys get aura perked out, camp, run faster then us now, can have exposed status effect 80 percent if match time, block exit gates, toxic toxic toxic. Makes it impossible to play the damn game. Dont ######### about a boon totem u can ######### kick anyways. Maybe adapt a bit of talent to ur roll instead of damn near cheating n let a damn survivor have something for once

Two things
1) Killer is is probably the best spot its ever been. Every killer can compete against a good SWF. Although they shouldn't have needed desthslinger.
2) People like you are actively hurting this community by saying things like "apologize to the killer community" very few people only play killer or only play survivor most people play a good chuck if both roles. So stop trying to paint this Us VS them type desscussions.

They nurfed Scalped Top Knot ffs. Its hard enough at high mmr without them reducing a perks effectiveness by half. Played 1 game as Oni last night and it was the worst I'd ever played as him 😅

I've been playing killer just fine, the community is overreacting as usual , what a shocker 🙄 I really don't get the victim mentality people try to use in this game, get a ######### grip and be an adult or just play something else if you're unhappy there's always something for people to cry about in this game

No killer can compete with a good swf unless your nurse. Try playing a good swf using trapper, legion, pig then come back and try to convince me all killers are viable

Yea, I don't see it. As a killer main I am still getting kills and chasing around the survivors.
Yea, I am having to learn new methods for some of my killers but that that is the same with any new update they put out.
Survivors were whining and moaning when Pinhead showed up on scene, but over the last month survivors have learned how to handle it when he shows up on scene and do much better now.
Adapt and overcome. If you are a killer that requires specific perks in order to win and those perks are not as helpful now maybe it is time to work on a different build to find something better that works for your playstyle.

Dowsey got destroyed with his Spirit (1 hook only - 4 escapes) against Oracle SWF BEFORE the Spirit's nerf. She was Tier S at that time.
AND THE SURVIVORS HAD RESTRICTIONS = UNIQUE PERKS, UNIQUE SURVIVORS, UNIQUE ITEMS

Also, Oracle is a comp team, and Dowsey is also not a comp killer and the swf you are seeing on a day to day is absolutely not comp swfs.
and do you really think Dowsey/{insert big streamer here} doesn't go against good SWFs on a daily basis when he plays? How many games does Dowsey get 0 kills like that lately? No one is saying swfs offer an advantage solo doesn't have and that facing them aren't challenges, but to use a video of comp team vs a non-comp killer is disingenuous for this argument.

Okay so Dowsey, high skilled killer even though not top of the top competitive but better than 99.9% of the playerbase is not able to get 3 hooks against a comp SWF and it's normal the game is balanced.
I think you should think twice before writing something.
Usual SWF you meet with the matchmaking are not comp level but are the killers you meet comp level ? I don't think so. Your arguments are total non sense.
There is not one single comp killer that is able to win against a comp SWF with restrictions if the killer is not a nurse.

Well how many times have you faced a comp team. Also if you want to cherry pick your games like that I had a 4k and 2 gens the other night on trapper and all of those survivors had at least 3k hours and played deacently. I doubt your faceing comp teams. Highly doubt it.

It shows that Killers are not in a good state of balance. A non-comp Killer should do fairly well against a comp team, but doesnt, as your post also illustrates.
So you are going to have to decide how you want to spin this, and if you try to spin it too hard, you just end up showing your own bias, like you did above.

Ye great, maybe they were all soloQ and i know plenty of 3k hours survivors that are half potatoes... in my friends list.
Dowsey and Truetalent can't get more than 3 hooks against Oracle SWF. If the game was balanced enough, they would get at least 1 kill and like 6 hooks. That's not the case at all.
So balanced. Of course, there are not too many pallets, windows and killers are not weak.
All high MMR SWF would destroy you, whatever is your killer level, if you think otherwise you are delusional and you didn't taste high level play (not competitive, just great SWF).

In either case, do you not think them being a comp team has anything to do with it? Since Dowsey is not a comp killer, and that comp players on both sides play differently?
Comp teams/killers not typically playing in ranked matches does not invalidate my initial post that a comp team != your average swf.
I don't think we should be balancing around comp teams. Comp play is also really ######### boring. What I want is for solo q to be buffed to the average swf level though, and killers to be buffed accordingly.

so how is that 99.9% comes off ? if streamer have same skill as pro teams ? then if i stream i must have same skill as pro one ?
maybe your streamer is only at top 95% level but that pro team is top 99.99% ? make sense ?

And still if he is top 5%, no way he does only 3 hooks against a top 0,1% SWF, make sense ? It's like saying, in Valorant, a top 5% team won't be able to win a single round against a top 0.1% team which is totally wrong.
And there is a reason why in comp, the killer is ALWAYS a nurse and that survivors have restrictions.
Dealing with unique perks and unique items is different than dealing with 4 DS, 4 DH, 4 unbreakable, 4 BT and 2 medkits + 2 toolboxes.
I'm not rude. Your only argument is to say that killers don't face comp SWF in the usual matchmaking. Survivors don't face comp killers either there.
In the current state of the game, an average SWF will pretty much win every trials against a great killer (non nurse).
There is no need to balance around soloQ. Go up in MMR and you will be matched with good survivors. Gens will fly. If you end up with a potato, blame the buggy SBMM.
But globally, both of you, i'm wondering what is your level of play as it's pretty obvious for me that good survivors perfectly know that the game is deeply survivor sided...
I was a survivor main for years and i knew it even before playing killer... but yes, all 4 survivors need to have the same level, one weak link and it's over.

I didn't rely on it at all, it was just really useful. I just found it very clunky last night, plus the gen rushing didn't help. Point is, to what benefit is nurfing an add on of a balanced and underplayed killer? Why make changes to frustrate people.

I think it stems from more than just replay, it’s the theme promoting this horror survival game of big scary killer hunting down the survivors. The reality is though its kinda more like slightly gory party tag.
What makes it scary is the threat of death. But it’s also an elimination game and people cry when the get eliminated.
So the tools that make the game scary, Insta moris, strong unpredictable killer powers get hit with the nerf bat because it’s not fair to get taken out so early and we end up with Scooby Doo loopy chase rather than horror slasher film.
It’s not meant I be fair that’s the problem. It’s kind of supposed to be unfairly balanced to killer otherwise it’s not scary. Calls for balance dilute the horror element and make the game more tedious, less fun and less scary.
When I queue as survivor I want to have little chance of escape because that’s thematic, pulse pounding and scary but the truth is it’s so easy to run loops around most killers that it’s just a yawn fest.
Survive by daylight.
Also to keep it on topic asking for the devs to apologise is ridiculous. I’d rather they stay true to the theme and make the game scarier. Less cues, less tells, more unpredictability, killers you feel you have to hide from or can pop out of nowhere. Not gameplay where your goal is to just waste as much time as possible or sit on a gen while someone else wastes as much time as possible running around the same rock 4 times.
