Killer Concept: Carnage (The Symbiote)

I'll admit, I am not massively knowledgeable on Carnage, but I think he's a cool character and imagined he could be an aggressive character that plays similar to a fighting game.
Base stats-wise, he would be 4.4m/s (110%) with a 32m Terror Radius. He'd be average height, mainly to allow him to stick to more walls.
I'll give a bit of info on how exactly I imagined his power to work.
Tendrils of Carnage:
- Lifts you up 1m
- 2 second charge.
- 2 second cooldown on cancel.
- 3 second stun if too close to a loud noise notification.
Enhanced Leap:
- Up to 16m range, with camera angle controlling distance.
- Move 10m/s during the leap.
- The leap is similar to Victor's, but with a more straight arc.
- 2.5 second cooldown after landing, slowed to 92% during this.
Symbiote Slam:
- Up to 8m range, distance control being same as Enhanced Leap.
- Move at 7.5m/s during the slam.
- Damage radius is 4m around you.
- 3.5 second Cooldown, immobile during it.
Symbiote Combo:
- A combo only starts after a Slam, the initial Slam is not part of it.
- Barbs move at 30m/s with a range of 12m.
- Each barb shot adds 1.25 seconds to cooldown
- The Killer Instinct reveal takes 3 seconds to activate, then you let out an audio cue and the reveal lasts for 5 seconds.
- Tendrils of Carnage lasts 6 seconds if it's performed in a combo.
- Tendrils of Carnage and Enhanced Leap don't count towards the combo.
Don't think I missed anything, and I am pretty happy with this concept, but feel free to give feedback.
