Bought Auric Cells 4 times now, have not received any of them.

I bought the $8.99 pack of Auric Cells 3 times (twice in DBD store then once in the XBox store when the DBD store said purchase failed both times). I was charged $26.97 but never received any of what I bought.

I contacted support and was told to wait 24 hours. I waited then sent them the screenshots and info they wanted. I've now waited another 24 hours and I have gotten no response from customer support.

To see if it was my card that was bad or their system, I bought another $17.99 with a different card. They once again charged me, took my money and I still have no Cells.

I uninstalled the game and am in the process of (VERY slowly) reinstalling, hoping that might work.

If anyone has any advice on what I can do from here, please let me know. I'm at a loss and very frustrated. If they can't guarantee a reliable purchase for their customers, why have the option?
