Boons 'Press and Hold ability button' to bless a totem doesn't work with MW scroll

So I run Deadhard and I have my ability button set to mousewheel up. If I run Boon Shadowstep and try and bless a totem and scroll my MW up, it blesses the totem for a split sec then stops.

I really don't want to get used to changing my ability button to something else since I have gotten used to using Deadhard with the flick of my MW up.

Is there anyway to bless totems by RMB? Or can we have multiple keys that serve the same function? So I could set up my ability button as both MW up and a keyboard button.
