The Wraith is weak, but I love his character design.

Trapper. The fact he simply WALKS to chase people is creepy as #########.

Michael Myers in my opinion. He is the only Killer that can “break the rules” in a trial. When equipped with Judith’s Tombstone or Tombstone Piece and he reaches Evil Within 3, he can Kill with no hooks required or anything.
To me, this means with sufficient motivation and gaining enough Pure Evil Power, he can temporarily overpower the Entity and “break the rules” of the trial, and Kill as he sees fit.1 -
Michael Myers for sure. Creepy, unsettling, has the classic Halloween chase theme when he's after you, and can legit jump scare you.

The reason id say wraith is it would be pretty scary to hear bing bong and have a killer ready to kill you

Trapper, if he was more deadly, would be a great flagship Killer and badass symbol of the game.
However, because of how weak his is, badassness has to go to Doctor. He's also weak, but he's just too damn fun and hilarious.

I want to say Trapper but to be honest, Huntress is pretty bad-ass. I mean, she's taken down bears, German soldiers and survived by herself while she was still a child. That's pretty bad-ass.
