Am I imagining this or is Pyramid Head's POTD still bugged?

Earlier today I decided to try Pyramid Head again for the first time a few months, now that it seemed like the weird animation delay on his secondary attack was fixed. And at first the animation looked fine, but after a few more tries it definitely feels frustratingly slow, so there is definitely still a delay in using the ability even though the patchnotes claim it's been fixed.

    There is no delay in using his power. They've just brought back Pyramid Head's old Rites of Judgment start animation, which feels a lot more fluid compared to the janky one people have gotten used to.
