Let’s say all the killers currently in the entity’s realm. Escape. What would they do? Would they just shrug it off as a dream is something? Or go back to killing.

There are a lot of variables. Some killers like Charlotte or Adiris probably die when they leave the Entity's realm, and others are probably left with no home, funds, or legal existence depending on how long after they were taken they get spat back out again.

It's a topic I've thought about myself, though- very fun thought exercise!

Did they intentionally escape? Depends on their personality.

Were they pulled into another realm unbeknownst to them? Depends on if they realize/are in a mental state where they don't think it's just another Trial

Evan Macmillan (Trapper): He would likely be questioned over the mining disaster, and the relatively questionable death of his father. Though due the public assuming he had died in the mining disaster, blame would be shifted off of him shortly and he would be able to return back to what his life once was. However, due to what the entity had done to him, he would likely live out the rest of his human days an incredibly broken man who would never recover.

Phillip Ojomo (Wraith): Wraith would highly likely either be killed by the mob, or eventually hunted down by the police and arrested for the appallingly gruesome mutilation of Azarov. Phillip would likely quickly forget what happened in the entities realm, believing it to be a dream as he is now faced with the very real consequences of what he had done before being taken. His life as he knew it would end very shortly after he returned.

Max Thompson (Hillbilly): Lives relatively peacefully on his farm for a short time, killing all those who trespass. Eventually the urban legend is understood to police as more than just legend, and he inevitably meets his end at the hand of a large squadron of police who are dispatched to deal with the legendary killings. The joy he felt finally exerting the control he always longed for in the entities realm never leaves him, and with his dying breath he is content knowing he left his mark on a world that was so willing to forget him.

Sally Smithson (Nurse): This one is easy. Sally is quickly apprehended by police, and trialed in a court of law. Both due to her mental state before being taken, and how drastically her mental state would be affected after returning, she would be determined to be mentally unfit to stand trial and deemed criminally insane. She would be shipped off to a mental asylum, where we should endure the same torment she dealt unto others until her eventual death of natural causes. Every night she would wail and cry to empty space, about an eldritch god known to nobody.

Micheal Myers (Shape): Continues his legacy through the further movie adaptations, he continues to kill, and is never stopped. His time in the entities realm is but another legacy of murders to him, one he quickly forgets as the memory serves no purpose to him.

Lisa Sherwood (Hag): Dies immediately upon returning to the normal world. When the entity took her, her wounds were so severe that it had to intervene to keep her alive. By the time search parties find her body, it is a pile of sinew barely clinging to old bones.

Herman Carter (Doctor): Tried by the CIA for his involvement in his extremely brutal extra-judicial experiments utilizing government funding. Due to his reputation and wealth, the trial is very public. The trial brings about a new understanding of scientific morality, bringing a new age of ethics. Herman carter is put to death, ironically, via the electric chair. Even when being placed into the chair, Herman laughs the whole way, relieving the grand entertainment that was the entities realm.

Anna (Huntress): Continues to live out her days in the Russian tundra, presumably up until her death of old age. She is an expert survivalist and continues to use that skill to stay alive. Her time in the entities realm further warped her mind, and she is unable to ever mother a child, Dying cold, alone, and completely unknown to the world in a lodge deep in the forest.

Bubba Sawyer (Cannibal): Bubba returns to his family, even further damaged by his time in the entities realm than he was before. Their stories continue further in the sequels, with the only true change being bubbas significantly more damaged psyche.

Freddy Kreuger (Nightmare): Returns to elm street and continues to torment the residents. He puts the experience he gained in the entities realm to use, devising new unimaginable ways to torture his victims.

Amanda Young (Pig): Dies immediately upon returning to the normal world. Barely able to process everything she had just experienced, she clutches at the bullet in her neck and succumbs to her wound.

Kenneth Chase (Clown): Kenneth, a true psychopath to boot, simply returns to killing once he is brought back. He puts to use his experience in the entities realm, however as the law evolves and Kenneth gets sloppier, he is eventually caught and apprehended. Due to how the law functioned during his time, he is likely put to death.

Rin Yamaoka (Spirit): Dies immediately upon returning to the normal world. Her father receives life in prison for his crimes, and a memorial is erected for her and is often visited to pay tribute to the young girl who lost her life in such a gruesome way. However she is eventually forgotten by the public, and fades peacefully into obscurity.

F, J, S, J. (The Legion): The extreme trauma they endured in the entities realm hangs heavy over them, being so young their brains have no way to cope with everything that has just occurred. Susie and joey turn themselves in to the police, admitting to the murder and burial of the janitor. During interrogations they are deemed mentally unfit for trial, and are likely committed to a psychiatric ward. They are likely released much later in their life after they are deemed rehabilitated. Frank and Julie continue to kill, and are eventually apprehended due to their sloppiness. They both receive a life sentence, and eventually die of old age on the hard concrete of their prison cells.

Adiris (Plague): Dies immediately to the plague upon returning to the normal world. Her flock eventually succumb to the disease as well. Her body and temple are studied by historians far into the future, who archive her efforts to save her flock from the disease. The artifacts of her people are put on display in a museum, assuring she is remembered for a lengthy time.

Jed Olsen (Ghost Face): Immediately continues to kill upon returning from the realm, he returns to his normal meticulous routine, and much like the zodiac killer is likely never caught. He eventually dies of old age, living out his final thrill by filling his current apartment with years of evidence to his killings. Nobody visits his funeral.

Demogorgon: Returns to the upside-down to continue the bidding of the mind-flayer. Little else is known as to what it does from there.

Kazan Yamaoka (Oni): Awakens to find himself lying in a pile of rubble, bleeding to death. He cannot move his body, having already lost too much blood. In his final few minutes of consciousness, he reflects on everything that occurred. All of the death, the rage, the bloodshed. It was all for naught. As he lays dying, he atones for his atrocities, feeling at peace with himself. He is buried in an unmarked grave.

Caleb Quinn (Deathslinger): Deathslinger awakens from what he presumed to be a long rest on the floor of a prison cell, he is shaken by the violent nightmares of endless murder, but eventually forgets it as it passes into memory. Due to the grizzly murders they just commited, the hellshire gang flee the area and eventually break apart to avoid law enforcement. Caleb isolates himself, eventually using his genius to establish a career in engineering. He makes damn well sure he is never taken advantage of ever again, and dies a highly successful engineer. The story of the bounty hunter turned famous engineer becomes a fan favorite among historians. His moral ambiguity is debated by many.

Pyramid Head (Executioner): Ceases to exist. Without the mind of james sunderland to maintain his form, he dissipates into nothing. As if he had never even existed in the first place.

Talbot Grimes (Blight): Deranged, Deformed, with a once promising career in ruin, talbot is likely commited to an asylum. He is frequently experimented on by curious scientists, a truly torturous existence for a man that is barely capable of higher thought. He never recovers, spending his final days in that asylum in unimaginable psychological and physical agony.

Charlotte Deshayes (Twins): Dies of hypothermia. Though she may be cold and alone, the memory of finally being reunited with her brother in the entities realm comforts her as she passes. Some part of her knew it was more than just a dream, and this gives her the single shred of joy she ever had as the life fades from her body. Her body is never found.

Ji-Woon Hak (Trickster): By the time the bodies of all his managers are found, he is long gone. He is never found, and whatever happened to the K-pop star turned serial killer becomes a frequently spoken about mystery. Ji-woon never kills again, truly never being able to top such a masterful set of murders. He dies under a new name, in a new country, buried like the many other faceless individuals who were never truly known by the world. Though unbeknownst to many, the man buried in that coffin was Ji-Woon Hak.

Nemesis: Without jill to stop him, nemesis is never killed. He is eventually returned to umbrella, who continue to use him as one of their ultimate bioweapons. Many are killed at his hands.

Pinhead: (Cenobite): Continues his movie continuity. His time in the entities realm effects his very little.

The only killer i can think of is Rin Yamaoka.

I wonder if she will ever take her revenge to an end.

If she leaves the entity's realm, there is a chance that all her killings will cause her some satisfaction and then she will be able to "rest in peace" and will be gone forever.

On second thought, she could return to her home and haunt her father if he is still alive. making his life a living hell.

There's a video on youtube about what would happen to people if they were never taken.
