i mained her 1 year ago and now i played her 2 times after the update. gotta say without stridor and survivors always knowing where you are she's a lot harder. but at least i can play now however i want (before i played "extra fair" so survivors don't complain)

Shes forced to lose a lot of intel, and the survivors know shes phasing and can plan accordingly, she is powerful, but mearly a fragment of her past glory.

Once I return to the game I will be playing Spirit for fun, actually. Seems to be an actually interactive killer now.

She can't pick sounds up now which was her thing. She has to work round survivors making mistakes which in this day and age is next to impossible due to the game benefiting the survivors more than killers.
Spirit was one of the 3/4 killers who have a fair chance. Now she hasn't even got that role

So which Killer do you play right now? I'm looking to get into Oni because he can be quite fun against non swf teams but he is so hard to play imo witch the muddy controls...

I have been playing Spirit a lot since the update and have been enjoying her. Unfortunately, pretty much every other match has had dcs or people ragequitting on the first down, but the matches that I’ve actually gotten to play with her have been fun.
But as for survivor, I have only encountered her once since the update and I would like to see more of her to have a more definite opinion on playing against new spirit.

I've been playing against a lot of spirits since the update, the directional audio is fine. It seems to be strongly divided into 6 quadrants around the survivor though. So theres a bit of wiggle room in what the game deems to be your 'front' and the 'sides'. Whoever thought she was gutted is delusional.

Played her once against a weird mixed bag team. Feng was able to basically to never be caught since she knew exactly where I was thanks to spirits nerf but she went down eventually and DC’d. The other two team mates played like ants in panic. And David also knew how to pin point me so he lead me on some long chases. 4k’d because David kept making mistakes against M1 Spirit. Overall nerf only seems to affect high MMR players lol

Never played her, probably never will. Just never was interested in her tbh.
Not my kind of aesthetic... I play killers a lot for how much I like their look/feel. Doctor, Deathslinger, Pyramid Head, Wraith, Trapper..Sadly most of my mains have been nerfed into C tier garbage so i been picking up Blight and Leatherface lately.

??? i keep seeing her (less than before sure) but now with killer insinct addons all the time, so is actually a worse experience than before.

the nerf didnt affect her much at all to begin with since she is so stupidly fast that reacting is hard in most loops... even way worse if she is using the flower addon wich makes her even more stupid than she was before the patch.

Yep, she's dead vs decent survivors. I'm sure the 3 people that still main her will say otherwise. We already saw how a 110% speed killer with a weak power stacks up when Trickster released.

There were a few people that were dedicated enough to release version Trickster to get decent results. Hell, people still main Legion. Doesn't change the fact she's now incredibly weak, boring to play, and at the mercy of the survivors' mistakes.

They do revert things if it reaches an extreme level. Patch 1.9.2 is proof of that.

Can't say I feel bad for all the Spirit mains. Had a spirit player quit out because of the blink glitch and she couldn't catch anyone. Went to end-game chat to complain about it. When I have to deal with 2 out of 4 matches against Nurses, or 3 games in a row against Nurses, my empathy is null and void. In the same way, I don't really mind if there are less Spirits because it shows that people only played her because she was insanely strong and pretty damn easy.
I do feel more for the Slinger mains as he wasn't a strong killer to begin with, he was mid-tier and had 0 gen pressure and now..well. Ya know.

I like playing Spirit but I stopped because of all the ridicule and hate mail I was getting. I want to play her more but... ugh, bad memories.
