DLC Sales are not showing up in the Xbox Store

In any other platform there are 60% off sales in every chapter (before Hellraiser) but not in Xbox Store (for Xbox One and Xbox Series). Just three of them are on sale:
-Cursed Legacy
-Halloween
-Silent Hill
But this chapters were on sale before The Minight Grove event started, like a week before.
What happened with the other chapters? It is a bug or that's it for Xbox? I want to buy Saw or Elm Street chapters but with auric cells it's not the same, plus is more expensive.
Strangly I only see a few people talking about this in social media (just in Twitter), so I think it's a regional problem (I'm from South America). Some North American citizen could confirm this is happening to them too?
