Stuck in SEA server

I need help with your game, for some reason I'm stuck in the SEA Server.
I live in Perth WA and ever since I started playing again around March, Everything was fine, Then randomly This week I have been forced into SEA Servers where everyone's names are just Squares, on top of that Majority of games are Boring Killer Builds Where no one wins or trolls and Campers/Tunnellers,
From My experience majority of the Trolls are from Thailand. I'm Just confused as everything was fine then randomly I'm hit with these games that are just sub par in a server I'm not suppose to be in.
Can anyone help with this, as this server I'm in now is lacking any sort of Competitive play, just dull desperate 2ks these killers are happy to call a win.
