Any Doc Mains

Ive been playing killer recently playing as doc since i do best as him, but at rank 14 i've started only getting 0-1 kills. I'm currently running monitor and abuse 3, unrelenting 2, Ruin 2, and enduring 2. And so i was wondering if any other doc mains has some tips and strategies i could borrow.

I can recommend bbq, nurses calling, ruin and sloppy butcher

In case you didn't know, nurses also works with snapping out of madness

I am not a doctor main, though he is my “secondary killer.”  Here is a little advice, but this is how I play.

I have never enjoyed monitor and abuse with the doctor. It takes away from one of his greatest strengths... the madness he generates with his terror radius.

Distressing and the addon that boosts madness generation to those who stand in your terror radius is great fun. You will find survivors a lot faster and constantly generate madness while walking around in shock therapy due to your massive radius.

learning to time your shocks before a survivor vaults or drops a pallet is a key skill. It seriously screws with people as you zap them right before they hop or drop because they stand there screaming for a split second, which is long enough for you to switch to your bat and smack em.

I recommend YouTube on how to play the doctor. Bricky put together a guide that has a little age but is still viable. I learned how to Hag through Spacecoconut on YouTube and it brought me success. She is a different killer altogether though.

The doctor is not a super strong killer but he is fun.

I am basically a Doc main, despite playing a lot o Hag atm and I am still using the same loadout since I bought the DLC.
    -Distressing
    -Unnerving presence
    -Overcharge
    -Nurse Calling
    +Calm and Order
    Offering: any small map available

This gives me a lot of control over multiple targets and slows gen rush without the need to use a Hex.
The first 3 perks are all trash in theirself, they only start to shine if you combine them all together with the Docs treatment mode.
And NC is just a must have because it shows people trying to snap out of it.
