Distortion tokens can get eaten up pretty fast (especially if the killer has BBQ or Aura reading addons), so a way to regain tokens would be nice.

Blocking killer instinct seems like a niche thing but maybe it would work? You'd just have to be ok with the fact that it's not going to do anything in a lot of matches.
There's nothing else in the game that blocks killer instinct right now. I love seeing people jump into lockers against legion thinking they can hide.

It would have to have a really long cooldown. I'm all ears has a 40 sec CD and this perk should not be able to block it every time, so the CD would have to be like 90-120 seconds. Even then it would make BBQ kinda useless. Since survivors have 16 perks verse the killers 4 perks you can't make a perk that counters a killer perk 1:1. Would you take the trade off of reusable with a really long CD instead of tokens?

That was my initial thought. I was thinking it would have a minimum cooldown of 60 seconds so it doesn't negate aura reading perks.
as for bbq, it can already be negated by hopping in a locker or getting closer.
I think doing this would make it closer to iron will or calm spirit, which both straight up cancel information from some perks and powers.
