Why hasn't Furtive Chase been changed yet?
Seriously, Furtive Chase has not received a single change since release despite being one of the absolute worst killer perks in the game. It has unnecessary restrictions, a gimmick with the Obsession, the need to build tokens and it can be disabled if the Obsession dies. And all it does is reduce your terror radius while IN A CHASE by 16 metres. Not even the full terror radius.
Why is this perk so poorly designed? Why has it not been changed yet? Even at maximum stacks, it literally does nothing. Reducing your terror radius in a chase is so unbelievably niche that I cannot think of a single realistic situation where having it reduced by 16 meters would be worth the massive buildup the perk requires.
How would you change it? Personally, I think it needs a total rework. Perhaps for every token, you gain X amount of seconds of Undetectable after losing a chase. Could have be useful with other Obsession perks like PWYF, and would be worth the slow build-up of tokens.

Meanwhile Overwhelming Presence is sitting in the corner, still being trash and having not been changed since Leatherface's release all the way back in 1.7.0 lmao.
I wish BHVR would do a pass on all of the famously bad killer and survivor perks, honestly. Having a bunch of perks be THAT bad that nobody uses them outside of a meme is a shame.

Yeah, you can replace the title with dozens of perk names and the question is still the same.

Because there's about 100 perks that need to be changed and they change about 2-5 every 3 months
