In-game report system
How do you report hackers again?
The in-game report screen doesn't have an option for hacking and doesn't allow video links. So how can one report blatant hackers?
I know the form is gone and you can't report to the mods anymore since they prefer banning innocent players over actual cheaters.
Do the devs have another link or something to deal with hackers?

Nope. They fully expect you to upload a YouTube video and THEN you can type the link in the report. Which means staying in the end game lobby for possibly 2+ hoursTheXenoborg said:How do you report hackers again?

there is no report system, why do you think the game is starting to be overrun by cheaters?

I actually wasted my time using the in game report function - after uploading a video to youtube of speedhackers.
Sadly it was left ignored and the hacker is roaming free to abuse players.
So, yeah.

I don't think the Devs are in charge of catching cheaters. Pretty sure that's why a third party program is used. I've no idea what influence or direct control the devs or publishers have over the AC.
In all honesty, reporting cheaters to the game developers is asking them to be a middle man. I don't believe Behaviour Interactive has a "list" they just hand over to Easy Anti-Cheat to be uploaded.
In all honesty, I'd be willing to bet that bE is just as frustrated as the rest of us when these things becoming so public and/or commonplace. It's really unfair to bE as well. It's not like EAC offered to provide "service" for free. I have NO doubt that bE pays for the EAC service. It just wouldn't be professional for them to point to or blame the amount of cheaters on the ineffectiveness of EAC. There is probably even a legal clause in the agreement prohibiting it.
Believe what you will....I think bE stopped taking cheat information because EAC wasn't doing anything with them. So they made, what they thought, was the best choice. By being able to track player activty through Steam, what's a better position for bE? To take reports and find out that the cheating player is STILL playing, or to stop taking info and look both apathetic and impotent towards cheaters?
It's a tough choice, and I'm glad I didn't have to make it.

or.. you know... bring back the report form that was actually working better then the crap they pay for? they would probably save more money paying one guy to deal with reports.

WHAT THE #########????
my post exposing 2 cheaters and complaining about the fact that cheaters were left unpunished due to the complicated report system was erased. Good job! (you could just have edited the two links and it would have indeed be a good job).Naming and shaming ######### it seems... So cheaters can cheat, we cannot expose them because we would be shaming them? So cheating is not a shame? Good job again!
And don't come at me with abusive exposure or doubts about cheating: when all of your achievements are at the same time and you use a legacy skin when starting to play in 2018... there is no doubt! same for speedhackers! What the ######### is happening? Is this game cheater friendly?
Just look at the scumbag Zekeo on youtube that mocks this game and seems to be able to cheat without any consequences... Sad... but pretty good job so far!0 -
