Best survivor?
Which survivor is the best, teachable-wise? For me right now, its Yui, because I have an emotional reliance on any means necessary her perks allow utiility. But once you can loop 1 tile without needing 5 pallets, which survivor has the best perks?

Depends on the playstyle. i like Meg and Cheryl's perks.
Meg is good when i play solo or when i want to move away and hide safely.
With Cheryl is more when i want to have someone with me.

Madman, you cannot combine SB+DH, Exhaustion perks. Adrenaline + SB or DH + Borrowed Time + Unbreakable.

So you can use your exhaution in whatever ways seems fit

No Mither is a troll perk since you just spend all game grunting and bleeding everywhere, with all of one health state. Your teammates will hate you if you ever bring it.

I would say Dwight has some good teachables. Prove thyself is great to get gens done faster, Bond so you know where your teammates are at, and Leader is a pretty good support perk. While leader may not be game breaking, it's pretty underrated. I remember going against a myers who had devour, and we just couldn't find the totem, cuz we were on midwhich. And once the gens were done, he had someone on hook, and was patrolling the doors. Luckily, the hooked person who we had to leave behind, had kindred, so I went to one of my teammates to get the door open and I had leader. The 25% made a difference, and we were able to get out in time.
And the best part with Dwight's teachables, is that they all synergize which each other because of Bond. So Dwight I believe is a must have with teachables.

In my opinion it's meg. Sprint burst has been an s tier perk since its release and adrenaline is quite situational but can win matches. Quick and quiet isn't amazing but it's not bad at all either. You can pull off some amazing mindgames with it.
Bill is a close second but for the sole reason that left behind is so awful I think meg has the upper hand.
