The ones that complain play 90% to 100% survivor only

I find anyone with a decent amount of killer played understands more or less why it happens, but at least they don't whine about it for the most part

It's mostly in part due to how the game works, not really anyone's fault in particular

"Gen Rush", is the survivors doing their objective as quickly as possible so they can, I don't know, escape before the killer can snowball to hard? Crazy concept, but they kind of have to do the gens

Camping and tunneling is one way to completely stump survivors progress in many scenarios, because instead of doing the ever precious gen rush, the survivors focus on saving the single or multiple survivors getting tunneled/camped, which can mean a quick downfall, because either they are not SWF and cannot communicate it out properly, or they get slugged and camped out, and instead of turning tail and doing gens, people go for the saves, cause now it's not gen simulator and the survivors have something else to do for once.

It's poor design that needs to be reworked in many ways.

If a Killer decides to camp or tunnel, it is their prerogative. I've learned to accept this as a faulty mechanic in the game. It doesn't change that it is detrimental to the gameplay of the person being camped or tunnelled and I will never agree in it being a legit tactic.

If you need it to win, so be it. I know sometimes getting kills for challenges is hard. I've struggled with them myself and I understand there are some instances where there isn't anything else to do. Once the gates are powered, everything goes for me. I understand it in some circumstances, but I won't respect Killer facecamping and tunnelling at 5 generators no matter the circumstances.

You don’t have to respect it but it’s all part of the game.

  • I play killer and I'd really love to know why some killers camp and tunnel survivors out of the game. I understand if a certain survivor is being extremely toxic, or it feels that way, but still... camping and tunneling is not fun, and I think most killers know this already.

I still think it should be removed or at the very least negatively impact killers for their actions. Then we'll know who's doing it because they want to and who doesn't know their killer well enough.

For me personally I always have a specific game plan in mind when I play killer. It never involves camping or tunneling a survivor, but I'm constantly using powers for one reason or another. I also play very, very aggressively at times with gen pressure. I hate certain loops so I'll avoid them when humanly possible.

There are plenty of ways to play the game and still make it enjoyable for everyone. At least in my experience. Camping and tunneling are not enjoyable experiences. I bet most killers already know this.

Camping and tunneling are not fun strategies sure.. but if the match starts to go the wrong way for me than I don’t have a choice. I can’t play nice every match.
