Who needs to be worked on/changed?
A lot of killers haven’t been looked at in a long time. Some have but poorly. So I ask, who needs to be changed the most and why?

I agree, but I don’t think the devs will even bother with him anymore becuase no ones playing him enough to compain about him.

By a literal landslide and it’s not even debatable: The Trickster. Trickster is the most unhealthy killer in the game currently. Whether you’re getting looped for 5 gens playing him or getting lazerd down for 2 health states by knives in a 10sec window no matter how good of a survivor you are because you just can’t leave los fast enough against him is truly truly miserable….

Twins, Myers, and Legion, in that order. they could all use QOL and buffs for high level play.

Twins. Unhealthy gameplay and just overall a terrible design. There’s a reason no one plays them.

Ghost Face. they need to give him better add-ons and fix his reveal problem.
I think he needs some help since he can not do much against good survivors and map pressure.

Off the top of my head
Nurse - Minor thing, but they should make her brown Plaid Flannel add-on which highlights where she's teleporting just be part of the base ability. That add-on is intended mainly for new Nurse players, veterans don't use it and wouldn't really gain too much from it being part of the base ability. By making it just part of the ability it makes the character a little more user friendly for new Nurse players and frees up an add-on slot for something else for them. And since veteran Nurses already have a good sense where they're teleporting most of the time the boost probably would be negligible at higher level. (Or if it turned out to make her slightly more powerful, they could just slightly increase her teleport cooldown time to compensate.)
All that said, Nurse is my least favorite killer because of the wheezing animation all the time. If they ever revamped her to somehow do away with that aspect (maybe let her look around after a teleport but slow the teleport refresh down?) I'd find her much more fun to play.
Trapper - Revamp his Padded Jaws to be something like "Traps don't injure survivors. You can grab a trap from a locker; if you do a random trap from the map is removed", or "Your traps don't injure survivors. Traps automatically reset after 30 seconds". Basically make it so the lack of injury is a big penalty as usual but make the benefit from it something equally unique or impressive.
Doctor - I'd love if his holograms could move toward survivors similar to Nemesis' zombies. It would make them feel more realistic
Clown - Make his pink toxin gas force survivors to slow vault similar to how Pinhead's chains force slow vaults. Clown is supposed to be excellent in a chase, but he currently still has a weakness at pallet drops where once the pallet is dropped he can have trouble getting to the survivor unless it's already a mind gameable pallet. Forcing slow vaults would significantly improve him.
Deathslinger - Let him turn at normal speed while aiming his gun. Slowing down his forward movement is fine, but right now his turning speed feels glacially slow. He's be much more enjoyable if he could at least swivel his gun at normal speed.
Blight - I wish there was something they could do about random sliding on terrain that looks like it should be a bounce. Maybe highlight the spot on the environment if it's going to be a bounce? So if you see no highlight you know it'll be a slide.
Pinhead - Somebody start a Kickstarter or something to help them pay whoever needs to be paid to get voice lines back! 😄
Artist - No gameplay opinion, but I think her double-foot-stomp animation when she breaks pallets looks goofy. If they replaced it with a wicked animated inky-arm breaking the pallet it would be way cooler!

Billy, Twins, Deathslinger, Clown, Pig, Ghost Face, Myers, Trapper, in no particular order.
Hitbox regulation and validation fixes to their fixes, geometry meshes actually matching what's on screen, and a sound equalization quality control pass is honestly slightly more urgently needed than an individual killer change.

The killer that needs to be changed the most imo is The Twins.
They just aren't fun to go against and they aren't fun to play as especially after they nerfed them. They encourage slugging and camping both of which aren't fun for most people. On top of that they aren't good either.

Oh man.
Honestly:
- Pinhead. He was heavily dependent on his addons for viability in intermediate/advanced play, and they gutted those. His chains need to be less janky. Solution: Make his yellow 'turning speed' addon baseline. See where he stands.
- Wraith. Oh Wraith, you poor poor man. You had a few months of viability, and now you get laughed at and your lunch money stolen by anyone with a boon. Honestly, they need to make his stealth harder to see and give him a few seconds of Undetectable after he leaves it.
- Billy. Other people will likely explain better than I can, but he needs something.
- Pig. Stop tweaking her addons and help her more in chase. Start by reducing her terror radius to 24.
- Trickster. Have no idea how to fix him. His kit is just too hard to balance.
- Doctor. Turn his useless 'shape' addons into something worth using, give his shock validation and he's fine.
- Slinger. Increase his base movement speed a bit. Rework his addons to be less...terrible.
- Freddy. Addon buffs.
- Pyramid Head. See above.

For piramid head i feel all his add ons that increase the time rites of judgment stay on game are just useless, without them they already stay long enought, i feel instead they should be changed.
All add ons lead ring +10 seconds, cinderella music box +15 seconds, manequin foot+20 seconds to the time they stay on game, instead they should.
After using punishment of the damed while using lead ring, cinderella music box, manequin foot add ons, the ground under the atack becomes rites of judgment for 6/7/8 seconds, the range of punishment of the dammed its reduced by 0.5/0.75/1.0 meters depending on the rarity
This quite honestly would make them far more usefull and give PH an alternative way of playing, he would have less range, but at the same time would be able to create pocket areas to make sure he gets survivors tormented.
The obsidian goblet i feel...its dumb, no pyramid head its going to stay over its own trail to become undetectable, it should be changed to:
A) after steping on its own rites of judgment it gains the undetectable status efect for 5 seconds with a cooldown of 15 seconds.
or
B)When a survivor steps over the rites of judgment its aflicted with "impeding doom" efect, each second it stays over the rites of judgment it generates a token, when the survivor generates 10 tokens its imediatly wounded by one health state, the efect dissapears by iself after not being in contact with the rites of judgment by 10 seconds.
Im not sure what to say about the rare ones thoug...i dont feel they are terrible but not good...might try to tink about something on those

24 feels fair. She's pretty weak and a sneak-oriented killer and this fits well with her theme and will make it a bit easier to start chases on a more favorable footing.

I would say that old Mikey needs a tuning at this point. Either that or taken out back behind the woodshed.

Worst killer right now is arguably Legion. Nothing about their power helps you get a down - you’re a true Basic Attack killer in every sense of the word.
Most unhealthy killer right now is probably Trickster. He’s a trash overall killer with no map pressure, but a survivor is screwed if they are in an area with no LOS blockers or low loops (like Azarov garbage pile tiles).

Although he is pretty weak I’d say he’s the most accurate portrayal of a licensed killer in my opinion so he doesn’t need to go.

Myers, Trickster, Legion, Ghostface come to mind. All need buffs/QoL changes.Trickster actually needs mechanical changes, he's a mess.
I still think Pig, Trapper and Clown are a mess as well but seeing as they've supposedly already had their fixes I can't imagine we'd see more.
Lots more killers need buffs but those are the more dire ones in my opinion.

Twins - Remove the 5 second stun on successful pounce hit back to 2-3 seconds, switching back to Charlotte remove the 2 second delay to instant. No more 8 second stun essentially for downing and then switching from victor.
Add AI element to whatever Twin is dormant, in that they can attack anyone who's within 3-4m. Any twin idle by a Gen longer than 45 seconds, instantly wakes up, Returning control to Charlotte or Destroying Victor. Would help map pressure and on loops.
Victor now causes Erratic movement on the pounced survivor (As if the killer was carrying them and they were wiggling) Victor can now leap through windows more easily. Helps negate hold W with Victor with no consequence and helps victor out on Shack and Window heavy maps.
Add passive to Charlotte - Bond - "Anyone who hurts Victor will be marked and hunted, Charlotte gains a growing haste effect whenever she see's her mark, upon reaching 10m of the target, she loses the haste effect and she gains Coup De Grace effect for 1 swing, If coup de grace connects with a pallet, it instantly breaks it. Charlotte loses this passive whenever Victor is summoned again or a mark has been successfully hit." ( Idea behind this is to involve Charlotte more in games, rather than 85% Victor)
Victor is now destroyed if idle at any hook longer than 15 seconds. - Anti-camp
Remove some pointless Victor add-ons, create some for Charlotte and her Passive and her in General.
Remove Coup De Grace Perk, Rename to Chain Hit; Landing a successful hit on each survivor activates Chain Hit, You take note of their critical weak points and target them in the future, Upon being healed to full, the next hit will always cause deep wounds and permanently maim them, causing 5% reduced action speeds to repair, cleansing, healing and unhooking. Perhaps now this will be used more than just meme builds.
Pyramid Head - Just needs an add-on pass really, create new add-ons, remove the very pointless ones.
- New purple - Any Survivor afflicted with Torment now passes it on to nearby Survivors within 3-4m of them.
- New Purple - Your Judgment attack has a double cooldown, but it now releases 2 delayed aftershocks in random directions after the initial Judgement.
- New Purple - You see other's suffering, see the aura of tormented survivors behind obstacles and walls, However hitting them by any means ends their torment effect.
- Green - Your blade drags on the ground trailing automatically with no cooldown out of chase, but your trenches last half as long.
- Green - Cages now move periodically every 10 seconds.
- Green - Combines the Yellow and Green range Extension
Smattering of others need QoL or updates like Legion , PinHead , Clown.

Chase buff and lowering TR for Pig, Legion and Myers could use some small buffs too.
And PH and GF add on passes since they have just 2 good add ons each

They either buff the majority of M1 killers or they nerf Nurse, Blight and Spirit. Especially Blight.

Helped Billy. I miss the games vs him (though I don't miss the tap chainsaw toxic Billy's).

So make it base kit and replace Plaid Flannel with an add on that removes the targeting icon and gives a different benefit. New players get their targeting icon to make the character more friendly to play, and the handful of veterans who find it distracting can swap it out for something else. Win-win.
Also, this change has nothing to do with Nurse having a high skill cap, that’s still the case. It just helps raise the skill floor for new players.
As far as being unpleasant, that’s just personal preference, it never bothered me. 🤷♂️

Trickster and Twins
Trickster is genuinely awful except for very specific areas on very specific maps. I can't remember the last time I got 4k'd by a Trickster. It's almost always a 3-5 gen run followed by a frustration camp and a 3 out. His power is both terribly weak and frustrating to play against at the same time.
Twins...just ain't it. I feel like this one was understandably rushed due to Covid. They require an unreasonable level of coordination for solo teams when the Twins are played at a high level, but they're also countered fairly easily by good communication unless they're a god tier Twins player. Boons kill their viability. And they're not all that fun to play. It feels like you're stuck in the mid the entire match due to constantly having to switch and having the 5 second cooldown after pounce hits. Every Twins game is a complete slog.

I wholeheartedly disagree with the attitude that Nurse “we don’t need more people playing Nurse”, that “######### Nurse players” should be discouraged from playing her, or that the problem lies with their attitude and not yours toward them and the game.
You say it takes two days to learn Nurse, but the data objectively disproves that. She has the lowest overall kill rate despite a consensus that she has a high kill rate at higher skill levels. And that’s despite being available for free on all PC accounts. Which means the majority of people who play her haven’t mastered her basic ability, let alone mastered it in “two days”. In fact, you know what can actually be mastered in two days? Getting used to a targeting icons.
Also this notion that somehow a buff to low end Nurses means that Nurse is getting nerfed is preposterous. If she got nerfed following this change it would only be because the change resulted in Nurse over performing all of a sudden. But by your line of reasoning you think having this icon will make her perform worse, not better, so which is it?
And finally what the heck do you mean “reduce add-on versatility”? Where did I say I wanted to remove any of her add-ons? I said make Plaid Flannel part of the base kit and maybe replace it with something else which removes the targeting icon in place of a different benefit. The add-on versatility is identical to what she currently has, and if anything this change is freeing up an add-on slot for new players who want to learn her.
More players playing more killers is good for the game. Making all the killers have a reasonable entry point is good for the game. This isn’t even about “easy mode”, it’s about making a less popular killer more popular. What’s not good for the game is an elitist notion that “I got mine so screw the new people”.
Honestly, though, I hate playing Nurse because of her playstyle. Staring at my feet 1/3 of the match is the most annoying mechanic in the game. I personally still wouldn’t play her even if Plaid Flannel was base kit, so I’m not the target audience.

In other words you’re worried that you think Nurse is actually overpowered, but what keeps her from getting nerfed is all the people that can’t play her because of her unfriendly design. But if they make her more approachable then more people will play her and bother to get good with her and then the devs will realize she’s overpowered and nerf her?
That argument makes no sense to me. If she’s actually overpowered, then yeah, she should be nerfed. If she’s not she shouldn’t. And if she’s not overpowered then making her more approachable for new players won’t necessarily make her overpowered either. That argument also assumes that all the devs look at is he overall kill rate number across all matches, but they’ve explicitly said that nobody should take those overall stats at face value and even used Nurse as an example. Whatever stats they look at aren’t just the overall kill rates.
Also I highly doubt most high level Nurses are unable to adapt to a targeting icon. If anything knowing you’re not about to accidentally teleport into the basement or fall short on a rock would be a minor plus. Sorry, I’m just not buying the argument that high level Nurse performance would be literally hurt by that change. You don’t like the icon, I get it, but this strikes me as resistance to change rather than an actual issue.
Finally calling people who find Nurse’s interface unappealing “bad” is ridiculous. A bad interface is a design flaw, not a fault of the user. And no, this isn’t “easy mode”, if the targeting icon was actually easy mode everybody would keep using that add-on. The fact that it isn’t widely used is evidence that it’s not an easy win with it, it’s just a quality of life feature.
Oh yeah, and her base kit is far from perfect. Like I said before, that wheezing mechanism is super annoying. It has nothing even to do with difficulty or power level, it’s just a plain unfun design.
But I’m done debating this one, we’re just going in circles.
