Why do survivor sided offerings show in killer bloodwebs?

Why do we need fog increasing offerings? You could argue they might help a pig, but even then she's probably better off without it. Additionally, the only shroud we get is the shroud of separation, which sounds cool but turns out to be the most harmful one for killers.

In a similar vein, does anyone like the oak or coin offerings for killers. The extra hooks can be handy sometimes, but I can't imagine ever using a cut coin to help you win. I'd rather get any of the worst killer addons, than any of the above offerings.
