Deranking because of instant Killer DC/ Instant Survivor DC

I'm not lying when I say I don't DC, at worst I'll let the killer find me and hook me so they get their sacrifice points, but in all the time I have played the game, I have never seen a situation this bad.
I just started up a match, 4 people in the lobby, since one survivor fibbed about their region they lagged out of the server and the other survivor DC'd to avoid a 3 man.
We had to figure out how to do 4 Generators from the start of the match, killer instant DCs and we leave with only a few points, the other survivor deranking in the process.
This happened when I was playing killer, too.
Survivors DC'd, leaving two men against me while I was playing Clown.
I felt bad and let the last man escape via the hatch, this was a very low rank survivor group, but I still deranked because those other two survivors are crucial in the process of ranking, and the one man I had killed barely offered me any points, meaning that match was absolute garbage.
Punish DCers, I didn't derank for nothing.
If someone DCs at the start of the match, they should be punished.
Possibly a hidden system in the background of the game? Everytime you disconnect, you lose 3 points from this system, playing a normal match rewards you with 1 point.
When you are out of points, you get a ban.
Higher points means you can play games with other people who don't often DC.
Lower points means you will most likely see other people walking around DCing or going idle in the middle of a match.
PS. Going Idle takes away 2 points.
Taking the game hostage takes away 4 points.
Exploiting should be instant ban.
Harassment = Minus 2 points.
Frequent Sandbagging = Minus two points.
This system may not sound like a good idea on paper, but making sure that it's not possible for people to DC and cause others to derank will help.
