What QoL changes would you give to Twins?

"Bland" is a horrible aesthetic for a horror antagonist. They need to be distinctive. Not always frightening or disgusting or even scary, but they need to stand out enough that somebody can point at it and say "that's rad." Twins is anything bust. Regardless on how you feel about their gameplay, Twins is, by a wide margin, the worst graphic (and lore) design DbD has ever done.

Fix Dead hard so that it doesn't end in a free Victor kick if the killer is validated.

I would say remove their 8 second fatigue after downing someone (5 second victor fatigue + 3 second charlotte wake up fatigue) to be 3 seconds. So victor would have a 3 second fatigue the charlotte wakes up and instantly starts moving at 4.6 m/s instead of the 0.5 m/s she has when waking up.

To counteract boons actually making this killer miserable. A slower healing speed when downed by Victor for 5-10 seconds would be nice.

I think other people have suggested basically having victor maul people and pin them to the ground.
maybe they stay broken on the ground for 30s after being downed by victor if the charlotte summoning thing isn't implemented?

I don't want them to slug more, so I would prefer if the no heal duration was 9-10 seconds to actually make downing with victor worth it.
