I used to read the books once a year and now I'm addicted to streaming movies, shows, anime and dbd. I'm going to wean myself off and go back to going to the library and reading a book once a week. I feel like my brain has rotted far too much and I miss using my imagination.
I do hope they make a Harry Potter show that has 7 seasons, and 12 hour long episodes that allows them to follow the books more closely, but the author is being targeted by some of the cancel culture for stuff she said, so I doubt it will happen.
At least we have The Witcher, Amazons Lord of the Rings and Wheel of Time, Stranger Things, and Magic the Gathering (I hope it doesn't suck), to look forward to.
