Will we ever see the old animations return?
When I look back at old videos I just can't help but wish we had the old survivor animations back. They felt so much better playing with compared to the "updated" ones. The survivors actually looked like they were really running away from the killer, not just calmly jogging. The survivor's head movements were also much better, it looked like they were really focused on the killer instead of just looking not too bothered about a killer chasing them (now).
I know some people think the old animations look weird, and that the survivors looked like gremlins etc, but I think that just adds to the game. This game as a whole is quite goofy and players do funny things a lot of the time. But you also can no longer nod while crouching, or run with your head up etc.. which are things I used to see people do and it was funny. I just think the new 'realistic' approach to the game has taken away some of that fun/goofy part of the game which is one of the biggest reasons why I love DBD. And overall the old animations felt much more fluid playing with.

Let's not pretend people want realistic animations when teabagging is at an all time high.

How old?
The current locomotion animations we have now is its third iteration. Are you talking a year or so ago, or five?
Because the animations at launch were very silly. The male running animations looked like they were barely putting any effort in running for their lives, and the female ones looked like they drastically needed to go to the bathroom.
The current ones are polished and my favourite, personally.

Sry, but definitley no. I guess the majority is fine with the new animations or doesnt care about that much :D
