Was Stranger Things deleted because of the Puzzle Tales game? Or do people just say that?
Okay, we're all probably fully aware that Stranger Things has officially left the Dead By Daylight store. We've asked one question ever since it happened, and we never, and probably never will get the official answer to it. What is that question we've been asking?
"Why was Stranger Things removed from the store?"
People are saying it's because Netflix made a new Stranger Things based type game. It's basically a Candy Crush Knockoff and it's called "Stranger Things: Puzzle Tales" I guess that whenever a company decides to make their own game off their own product, it makes BHVR lose the license? It's hard to describe, but hopefully that makes sense. But is this actually why it was removed? Or are people just saying that?

It's speculation, but it has a good chance of being partially correct. The theory and most likely scenario is Netflix wants to use Stranger Things to push their own gaming thing and they chose to not allow BHVR to renew the license at the end of its normal expiry, to limit competition.

Because you said that, I don't think Netflix was expecting the Stranger Things chapter to do as well as it did lol
