Hitting a Survivor Who's Dropping a Pallet Should Count...
as a hit. And I think it used to? But yeah, when you strike someone as they drop a pallet on you, I think it should count as either a down or an injured state. How about YOU?

It still happens but the pallet validation just robs you for lols 90% of the time.

I remember it used to happen all the time. Now I can't remember the last time I actually hit someone as they were dropping a pallet and it counted as a hit.

I can't tell you how many times I still get trades on pallet drops when playing survivor. Playing killer, the exact opposite applies.

Just lost a game because of this. Survivor dead harded started to loop and I was on on their side of the pallet hit them then got teleported to the other side of the pallet and stunned and they got away scot free. And now that they can heal at light speed using totems I can't destroy... There's a reason why there are fewer and fewer people playing killers.

This is confirmation bias. You remember what benefits you at the moment, forget the others.
The killer can hit you before the pallet is at the halfway mark. If you initiate the drop animation and the killer swings, it costs you a health state and a pallet. If you drop it before the killer swings, then you get stun. This is intended behavior.

Same. 😂 Also tons of hooks right next to eachother when I'm survivor, only like 5 hooks including the basement when I'm killer. 😂

It does not rob you of anything. It was not meant to hit.
Before validation you got a hit which was not deserved.

Have you seen Midwich lately. Something changed there.

What do you mean it doesn't rob you. It takes priority over the Survivor's side despite the fact that he has crappy internet. Sounds like robbery to me.
Unless BHVR makes a server that actually prioritizes the player with actual good Internet you're never convincing me that these stuff aren't robbery.

So dark. Thata my issue with that map. Have a hard time seeing

It is server-sided. If it would be based on the Survivors Client you would never get a Hit through a Pallet.

It was deserved if a survivor mistimed their pallet that badly to cause a trade. Not my fault they couldn't learn to predrop.

It still does but the timing is tighter now

Actually, someone has proven that it is server aided by simulating different scenarios with higher latency for one side
Here's it hyperlinked because the forums themselves are giving me a rich post error.

And yet if the survivor timed it perfectly for a trade on their end and you have 150 ping so you hit them anyway, kinda unfair. Validation means that whoever tells the server first wins.
