a bunch of coup de grace stacks?

if you look at the screenshot you can see 6 stacks even though only 3 gens popped (also, getting 6 stacks is supposed to be impossible) is this a bug? or did bhvr just buff it and I didn't know? (ignore the 0 hooks when 3 gens popped, I suck)

Sorry for the Necro, but I had this happen recently and I couldn't find any other posts about it. My theory is it's a minor bug that happens if multiple people are working on gens when one pops or it could be caused by lag. I ended a match with 6.
