Scourge hook build?

Has anyone yet tried a Scourge hook build with the 2 scourge perks? If so how do you feel about them?

Pretty sure the build is garbo in comparison to meta builds but do you at least feel it's decent?

    Pain Resonance is an incredibly good perk held back by the restriction of 4 hooks. Gift of Pain exists to make Pain Resonance more consistent and that's it.

    It's honestly not that bad, you can combo it with Ruin or PGTW as well for some more pressure or use it as an info perk on Nurse, Spirit, and Blight.

    I tried both Scourge Hooks with Agitation + Starstruck on Nurse and it was quite effective. Agitation guarantees you always get to a Scourge Hook, and it pairs well with Startstruck.
