Hemorrhaging

This mechanic seems kinda useless. It's not that hard to follow a blood trail normally.

It also doesn't make a whole lot of sense. This human being is profusely losing blood, and suffering no ill effects.

I think when a survivor is hemorrhaging one of two things should happen.

1: (the less op answer) Make it slow all actions speeds until healed.

2: (The more realistic answer) Put the survivor on a timer like Borrowed Time.

It should make blood stay on the ground for a longer duration and cause more bleeding, just like bloodhound.
