Mindbreaker/Fearmonger should last 10 seconds
The perk is completely useless at this current state. Survivors will just walk as soon as they hear the terror radius and get their exhaustion perk back.
If you have no intention of nerfing dead hard and sprint burst, at least give killers the possibility to counter them by buffing this perk

Yeah could be buffed, but it should work on stealth killers at least.

Bruh this perk is being the most used it ever was. Ands its not bad at all, just not as good as meta perks. You can negate the fix gen until last second then sprint burst to pallet, same thing for dead hard if they are injured. And the aura denial can be pretty hurtful as well.

You're right, it actually helps survivors by preserving a 99% sprint burst
