Best Way To Contact DBD Staff?
Heya - what is the best way to contact someone from the game? Nothing super important but for small thugs. Like, how today I didn’t receive my gift of 30k blood points per the elf calendar :)

You wanna contact the devs to receive the equivalent of half the amount of bloodpoints a player gets in a single match on average?
Complete the tutorial or even 1 challenge from the rift and u will probably get those points faster than trying to appeal to the support.

With regards to the BP - today is 30k BP, when you wrote this it was still the 6th December in EST time.
The rewards change at 11am EST - that will be when the 30k BP is given out as a login reward.

The 5th was also BP...what's happening is that a lot of people are logging in before or after the time frame. And also, if you're playing for that whole time frame (or have the game open) you need to restart to be able to get the rewards....yes people do have the game open for over 24hr periods, we've actually had support tickets in with regards to this, and sadly they didn't restart their game to get the login rewards.

yepp that's been confusing to a lot of people as well.
The pop-up is only on BP & Iri Shards, so quite a few people think they didn't receive the rift fragments due to not getting the pop-up :(
