Hey guys I need a good "Tools of the trade" build any suggestions?
And if you dont know its a merciless victory using only 3 universal perks. I dont know if this is killer only but my guess is that it is. So anyone have any tips on a decent build for it

I have every killer except for The Crow lol but if it is killer only than spirit would probably be my focus

Merciless Victory is a result that only Killers can get, so it's definitely for Killers. It replaces Demo's Adept, if I recall correctly.
I've not put that much thought into it, but my gut reaction would be to use Sloppy Butcher, Whispers, and Thrill of the Hunt myself. Sloppy to get some slowdown, Thrill to protect against boon totems and help Sloppy stay in play for longer, and Whispers because it's the better general-purpose tracking tool.
Depends on what killer you're running, though.

Whispers is also a solid shout if you're comfortable with the perk- personally, it completely ######### my ability to focus on anything so I don't use the perk.
Fearmonger would be there but I've just realised you can only use 3 perks lmao

I'd probably have to go with Bitter Murmur, Jolt, and Sloppy Butcher.
Maybe sub bitter murmur with Spies from the Shadows for info, and maybe Deerstalker if you want to play a killer who can build momentum.
NOED is the strongest generic killer perk, but if you get to that point, then you're highly unlikely to get a Merciless Killer, so it's not worth using for this.

If you're going to use Spirit I'd probably pick three of these four: Jolt, Sloppy Butcher, Bitter Murmur, and Fearmonger.
You could use NOED but you probably want to win quicker than that if you need merciless killer.

You can get away with NOED in Ash Grade. So shortly after Rank Reset.
@Topic:
Personally I would go for Whispers, Sloppy Butcher and Jolt or Fearmonger. And then probably Legion, since they have an easy time pipping.
