Soo,can we like have the Artist's reduce the birds going across the map or have her not hold raven heads in certain spots of a period of time?

You didn't even provide a reason as for why she should be nerfed, after you suggested removing the two things she does differently (and better) than other ranged killers.
If she can't hold birds in place, and her birds can only go so far, then she's basically Pyramid Head except with a longer delay between setting up the shot and firing, and without torment/cages.

Very, very slightly, imo. Like, a full second might be too much already.
Otherwise, she's damn-near perfect.

I'm okay with the repel time because it sits on the cusp of making 3-bird shots into 3-bird shots impossible, but 1-bird shots into 3-bird shots are easy. I think it's a pretty delicate balance.
