Snowmen are OP
It’s fun using the snowmen. Me and my SWF group used them to body block this artist at shack and I busted out in tears when she couldn’t get through to me. 😂

It's almost like the Killer could've just hit the snowmen to make them go away... and there's only six of them per game...
The sheer whining power of this community (over a two-week event) is wild. I would have been laughing my head off!

How is that bullying? I’m not taking the time out of my day to insult the killer verbally post game. I laughed at something the devs allowed in the game that just so happened to be towards a killer and all of a sudden it’s “bullying simulator”.

Oh gosh, I forgot that they're respawning right next to where the Killer is getting bodyblocked, thus trapping them in a permanent bodyblock-in-shack situation... geez. That really sucks.

It's okay, friend. Keep enjoying your games and having fun. And honestly, I wouldn't even frequent this forum if I were you... just a lot of "smarty" people feeling free to try and dictate how people play and enjoy the game on both sides.
I wish I had a SWF group to play with, myself. Solo Survivor sucks 99% of the time and it's so much nicer to have teammates you can count on in a SWF.

I love the varied reactions from killers to snowmen.
Some adamantly refuse to hurt our frozen friends, others laugh, and then there's always at least a few that rage facecamp if you ever touch one once.
I got injured early in a game, jumped into a snowman and was shaking my head "no, no, no" to them hitting me. I guess I transgressed, because they hit me, downed me immediately after, and then just sat there for 1.5 minutes hitting my body on a hook shaking their head "no, no, no" back. Hilarious times.

That's not the point your now making something was supposed to be for fun into a part of the toxic behavior of the survivor community. The snowmen give a health state......then we have DH.......which gives another then we have the normal health state.
Its SWF survivors like you and your "friends" that make all the Killers want Nerfs to survivors.

Really the forums wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the abuse SWFs do to the Killers and ruin the fun for them. Harrassment, bullying, and other BM behaviors is why alot of Killers have started playing survivors, stopped playing or just skip on any group that seems like a SWF team.
Remember it's not just 4 human players vs a Killer is 4 human players vs a human killer player. You all would complain of they would tunnel or face camp. Or heck just use NoEd that gets just as many whinny survivors come out.

Pretty much this. You have good feelings about all the silly snowmen wandering around until you run into a coordinated pack of survivors that uses them to tank hits, or that one god looper who keeps using them to reach pallets when you've finally got them in the open. They're fun until people start gaming their potential in chase, which turns a cute event into something that actively makes the game less fair.
I'm still having lots of fun with the event, but it's only the first day. I imagine that in a week or two, I'll be pretty sick of the extra health states.
I'm not really sure why the snowmen have to provide a damage shield. They're already like a semi-mobile locker - a resource you can sneak into and pretend to be part of the landscape with, and unlike lockers, they don't instadown you if you get caught. A single damage state would still be fair. At the very least, they should interact more consistently with killer powers. Been using my cakes on Ghostface tonight and a marked survivor that jumps into a snowman loses their exposed when I hit them out of it.

You can't win no matter how you spread it. Survivors will complain about the snowmen being worthless if killers can get free hits. Especially since they can't dead hard out of it. So instead it's balanced for cosmetic purposes, and of course it hurts some killers or outright helps survivors escape (even injured).
Overall the snowmen aren't that great. They're even weaker than boon totems. You just pop them as you go around the map, and eventually survivors won't have any left. Sure it hurts everyone, but it ensures zero possibility of escaping because they were able to hop in a snowman during a chase. Chances are you'll hit a survivor who was inside one of them anyway.

I’m sure the killer had a fun time too and didn’t feel stressed what so ever. Have fun with your friends. This thread does not validate any killer complaints about SWF.

This is exactly why I dislike the forum policy of not calling out trolls. Here we have a user with a comment history that oozes of self-aggrandizement and is now manufacturing an obvious bait for people who have already voiced their displeasure with the imbalance of the event.
You didn't post this for any reason other than to try and annoy people. Imagine being so petty that after you bullied that killer it still wasn't enough for your starved ego.

You can say what you want, what you or someone else thinks is bullying is what I call fun. I’m not making this post to be “petty”, I’m saying that the snowmen are fun. So because you or other people dislike the imbalance of the event that means other people can’t enjoy it? Killer mains or just people in general will really find anything to complain about. But as I’ve said before, I should of known before posting something related towards the survivor side, you just get attacked by killer mains.

Better than them bullying by denying me my cosmetic. I bled two of them out after they refused to hop in the snowman. Not sure if that counts as bullying or bully prevention.

Noted. However, you've never interacted with me on the forums. I've read alot of your crap and it's always something to do with finding enjoyment out of bullying killers, whining about how whichever killer needs a nerf because you and your SWF didn't like how the killer managed to get one sacrifice or a hook, and being an overall troll. Try playing both sides. You may not enjoy being treated like you treat others.

She's a troll and a bully. She gets her jollies off by being legitimately toxic. She's probably never played one game as a killer. If she had, she would know how it feels and wouldn't be the way she is. People like her are the reason there are less and less killer players. The ques are gonna keep getting longer and sooner or later the devs will have to give incentives to even que as a killer.

Speaking of the queues, am I the only one getting instant queues during even the day now? I just wanted to play survivor with my sister spice, and that is usually fine during the day (west coast). But, today, we just gave up and played killer. What's with that? Killers must REALLY hate these snowmen. Rofl.

Funny enough before reading this post is saw the post of the artist in question posting here a video of the shack situation laughing his butt of and having a blast so it's totally fine guys.
If it's fair that's survs get a free health state and you can use our snowy friends to extend or not is another question but this situation wasn't bullying cause the snowman aren't invincible so he wasn't unable to leave the shack

I don't know. I usually only get to start playing at 6 pm Central time. Killer ques are pretty much instant at night. I'll test it out tomorrow since I'm off work.

I am having fun with groups of survivors that are also chilling out and playing around. I'm very happy to meme around and I've had some delightful snowman experiences. But then I'll get groups of survivors that want to play serious, and they're using the snowmen like a new map resource. The killer's answer should not be 'well, just chill out, it's an event' when the survivors aren't even doing that.
