Game Stutter + Server Hit Validation = Sadness
PC players, this is what console players have to live with. Have pity on us 🥺
For real, though, does anybody who has a later gen console have to deal with the stuttering? I’m on the base Xbox one and am wondering if an upgrade would solve this issue if I ever did get my hands on one.

I too play on an Xbox1 and get those studders all too often. Apparently the new Series X or S is strong enough to brute force DBD into running wellish.

That lag is what convinced me to jump the gun on the series s and for its price, it was worth it. That kind of lag is nonexistent now.
As far as I've known, we've always had to play a couple seconds in the future, especially with Dead Hard but Resudent Evil really broke the camels back..

Considering how things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if BHVR announced out of nowhere that they are stopping DBD support on last gen consoles... They'll need to do that Someday and it'll be either in this installment on in a DBD 2 (that might work in a similar way as Overwatch 2, with the game being updated) without losing the playerbase from the first one...
